eSPED End of Year Roll-Up for 2007-2008:   It's just about time to close down another school year and what a
      year it has been in regards to using eSped!  We have ALL struggled together through a great deal of glitches,
      confusion, and general mayhem but the end is near.  Just to make sure everyone who uses the eSped system within
      CCSEC knows what to expect for the End of Year Roll-Up, I have listed some key points after speaking
      with eSped on Tuesday, May 20, 2008:
 

        - When school ends this year (for ALL schools within the co-op), I will push all our data into an Excel
          document and send it to eSped  (DON'T WORRY - I AM MAKING  A COPY)

        - eSped will roll-up students in the system for us after receiving the data
          (DON'T WORRY PART 2: I WIL BE WATCHING THEM)

        - I will pull a Student Alphabetical Listing PER CAMPUS at the END OF SCHOOL and place it in your
          CCSEC Mailbox. I will then pull a Student Alphabetical Listing AFTER ROLL UP HAS BEEN
          COMPLETED so that you can review your campus listing to insure accuracy

        - I have already added the information into eSped for all NEW SCHOOLS that will be open for the 2008-2009
          school year.  We will need to make sure these schools have the CORRECT STUDENTS listed in eSped.
          (DON'T WORRY PART 3:  I WILL FIX IT IF STUDENTS ARE MIS-FILED)

        - The key to all this is making sure that the Student Listing is correct and IF NOT, getting changes to me
           as soon as possible over the summer so that we are good to go at the beginning of school.
